We competed against Lincoln and Dexter in a double dual meet held at Ypsilanti Lincoln High School on a rainy, cool night. The Chelsea Girl's Track & Field team won against Lincoln (87 - 46), while we lost against Dexter (56 - 81). Chelsea was strong in the throws, jumps, hurdles, and distance events, which resulted in a solid performance against Lincoln. However, against Dexter, we were out-scored in 10 of the 17 events. Dexter is a strong, deep team. We came up short, but we competed hard. We had a number of strong performances and athletes doing their best.
